This master key takes the form of a ring that she always wears, by spinning it in a set code-like manner a small needle will poke into her finger to verify that it is indeed Blanche who is using it before projecting a holographic monitor before her to control the school's inner workings. This ring further functions as a key to many shortcuts around the school as well as a key to all the doors in Seiai Academy.

At this rank the computer gives Blanche the ability to activate the school alarms remotely and signal an emergency turning on the school's security system. She must be on the school premises to access these functions.
